Homes need to be priced fairly. You should look at the price of a home you’re interested in and compare it with similar homes in the area. If it’s a lot more money, then try to find out if there is a reason for that like it has a deck and a pool that make it cost more. If there is nothing else that makes it worth more money that you can see, then it’s not worth paying the extra for. You may be able to negotiate the price down, but don’t buy a home for too much if you don’t have to even after negotiations.
